At Julia Lampard Salon based in Guildford, Surrey, we specialise and advise our clients who suffer the distress and anxiety of their hair loss. We are delighted when we can restore the confidence and self esteem of so many people by offering them our caring and professional service of hair replacement in the form of monofilament wigs, custom made wigs and hair pieces.

Monofilament wigs have a special translucent material on the crown which creates the illusion of your scalp.

Our wigs are lightweight – one as light as 1.8 ounces – and will keep your scalp cool and comfortable. The unique design also offers complete adjustability and security.

The science behind our wigs makes them far superior to others as they have advanced weaving techniques, allowing your scalp to breathe whilst being worn, preventing heat and moisture build up.

If you have been having Chemotherapy, when your treatment is complete and your hair is in the early stages of growing back, we have a range of Davines colours that are most suitable for this stage of recovery. All use naturally derived ingredients and contain no peroxides. The colours last 8-10 washes and give the hair condition and a natural sheen.

The Julia Lampard Wig Experience

We care about each client and this comes across in our consultations. You will be able to discuss what wig and style is most suitable for you. Our stylists have been specially trained in the art of cutting and dressing wigs – quite a different skill.

You're more than welcome to drop in anytime but for a formal consultation, you will need an appointment, a friend or family member is more than welcome to come along with you for support.

Our service will include a polyhead for storage, shampoo, holding spray and styling brush. Julia’s invention, the butter muslin scarf, is also included in our service. We fit each client with the scarf and this creates improved air circulation as well as securing the wig all day.

For clients suffering from Alopecia (Totalis and Areata), Post-Operative Hair Loss or who are undergoing Chemotherapy treatment, wigs can be purchased without VAT. If you believe you are entitled to VAT exemption, please download and complete this form before bring it into the Salon where a Julia Lampard representative can sign it.
